Disenchanting/passing on gear needed

In the dungeons i'm in Honorbuddy is disenchanting/passing on gear i need for my spec. Why?

Looking through your log, the weights given for all but a pair of boots are lower than your currently equipped gear. If you think the gear is genuinely an upgrade, you will need to adjust your weight sets.

Please also bear in mind that AutoEquip has issues with trinkets and will loot any with a higher ilvl regardless of whether it's useful or not. Annoying when my DK tank suddenly equips an intellect trinket.
