Disconnect issue

Whenever I run my bot, and come back later, I always find myself disconnected with little progress made... I have a good computer and internet connection so what could it be? I usually run the BGbot. Any help is appreciated.

Set it up and random WoW crashes/disconnects will no longer bother you.
