Hi Guys.
I just wanted to leave some feedback for the staff, members and future buyers of this product.


Sorry for my bad english, I am from Germany.

I was looking for a product/service as honorbuddy for a long time and tried it 7 weeks ago
for 2 days by paying 2?. It all worked out great.
So I bought this product 4 days ago with a lifetime licencse.

And it is simply not working properly.

A) The bot itself:
You will need to download at least 3 new releases every day - very stressing.
Very fast on good machines, a lot of methods/settings you can do.
BGBuddy is really awesome!
Some kind of annoying this thing with always killing the session if WoW gets an error but thats life.
(I never had WoW Errors but with the bot you will get an error every two hours[estimated value])


A) The profiles:
I tried many profiles for leveling with different chars.
NO, really NO profile is 100% AFK ready.
The "big" ones as Kick?s is about 90% afk ready.
No way for it to make more than 2 hours without you helping it (lvl 74-90).

Cavas profile is not working at all (74+).
Farming profiles work great.

I know the developers are not responsible for those ninjapatches from blizz.
And maybe blizz should go f*ck themselves because of this buggy addon and content patch.

BUT:
Service providers such as the developer of Honorbuddy shoud inform customers
of those problems. That HB is just not working properly at the moment. Would that
be a legal service I would contact the customers support and get my money back.


So, this is not a flame against anyone.
Just a post for all customers who want to inform about
what bot they should spend their money for.
 
So your holding honorbuddy accountable for something Activision did as a ninja patch ? I personally don't understand what is so stressful about pressing a button to update to the newest HB client, if they dont update from time to time its possible it gets detected i personally am happy the staff is on the ball when it comes to updates. As to the profiles there is no such thing as 100% anything but the fact that your not doing the majority of it yourself it sounds to me like you were looking to just run a bot 24/7 and magically be at 90. Heaven forbid you actually have to check on your bot from time to time it sounds to me like your being lazy and upset because its not doing everything for you.
 
90% of the people using HB use it for making money.
And running it 16/7!
Therefore it has to be reliable - an it is simply not.
I am happy too that the staff is caring about its product.

just read my post...its about informing future customers before they buy a product which wont
satisfy them.
 
Judging HB based on your experience with all the updates after a huge 5.2 patch is pure bull shit.
 
But FUTURE CUSTOMERS will experience the same...because it IS 5.2....
Are u simply not checking my post or just ignoring it because
of your fanboy behaviour?

Just think of:
I am at work now.
My Computer at home runs since 2 hours because I wanted to run HB.
I have to check if it runs properly every 30 minutes with remote connection.
And problems today startet at 0400 am and now its 0730 am and still no patch for HB EU.

So my PC runs for 2 hours for nothing.
A waste of energy ....

Calculate it for 5+ PCs...

And what you dont think of is the time of administration...
downloadling new version, starting HB, starting WoW, checking if it runs...

You do realize the profiles are made by users like yourself and not the honorbuddy developers? (besides kickazz being a quest dev). If you want to get a 100% AFK-able profile, you should probably make one yourself. All the tools are there provided to you to make one.
 
Sorry to say, but you bought HB at the worste possible time. There has just been a major patch applied to WoW followed up by multiple ninja patches. Ofcourse it's not working properly. For the profiles, have you any idea what it takes to make a 100% AFKable questing profile? That's crazy. Nowhere when you purchased the bot were you promised 100 percent AFKable questing profiles. Or profiles period. That's something being provided to you for free by the community and something you should appreciate. You mentioned something about getting your money back because of your unhappyness. Please do that. Then we won't have to deal with ungrateful people like you on the forums, and the game will be less flooded with bots.

As a customer you want to buy a product which is fully working and is being supported.
Not spend money to spend time to work for the product....

And that is what you have to do.

The time limit is a strict 7-days, so don't waste any time getting the process started, if you decide that's the right course of action. To initiate the process, send email to [email protected]. The problem you are experiencing...
Last Tuesday, the 5.2 WoWclient patch was dropped. Normally, a patch would involve just changing a few memory addresses and dealing with a few loose ends. However, this time the simple 'patch' involved substantial internal structuring of the WoWclient (on the order of an expansion pack). This means that huge chunks of Honorbuddy had to be reworked to maintain its existing functionality. Despite this, Honorbuddy was working again within two days.

But, in the meantime, four new 'patches' have been rolled out as 'hotfixes', which required further Honorbuddy updates. Thus, the additional downtime.

This is the nature of a botting product, and most buyers are completely aware of these periodic inconveniences.


Basically, you've just joined our Community at a very bad time. The developers should have a new drop to address the latest patch within a few hours. Fortunately, this last patch wasn't that big. After that, Honorbuddy should be back to its stable self over the next week or so as more things get put back.

The decision on a refund is yours, but you must act quickly to claim it. Hopefully, the rest of us will be happily botting solidly in a few days.
