disappearance and appearance of nodes -

Someone noticed that sometimes appears node bot starts running to him and he disappears, the bot runs away from that point and the node appears again and again, and so endlessly until the correct bot hands.

What is it and how to fight ?

Ive noticed it too, basically its happened in two instances for me, one where a node loads on the screen and as the bot runs to it, it enters another phase where that node no longer exists. Therefore the bot turns around and attempts to return to the path but when it returns it leaves the phased area and the node reappears which causes a loop of it going back and forth.

Another instance Ive seen this loop where various gatherbuddy profiles cant continue is where a node spawns right next to you and it seems to just run back and forth for no reason.
