I wonder why you want to disable them?
You can't "disable" them, but there's no reason to. They don't add any meaningful overhead while being loaded.
If you really don't want them in the bot, which I don't recommend since if there's a bug where you need to submit data, you need those plugins handy, you can modify Legacy/3rdparty.json each bot update and remove the lines corresponding to their files so the files won't be loaded.

I think that the smaller the number of plugins and files being used, better the performance, but thanks anyway.
