Disable attacking other Players

Hey quick question: Is it possible to completely turn off that the bot will ever attack other players? Even if they attack you?
 
Hb it will defend only,never makes the first move in open world
 
That's what i know already. So there is no way to completely disable attacking other players, even while defending?
