So i just bought a new GPU (Graphic Card) So that my computer could run BF3, but the problem is that it seems to not support DirectX 9 which causes all my wow windows to run at 1-5 FPS when making turns and making my card update the environment... turning on directX 11 makes me able to play at 100+ fps, no problem.

But since HB doesn't support DX 11 (?!) I have no clue what to do... My botting takes like twice the time now and i believe it allso causes DCs/crashes :/

Please tell me there is a fix for this. This problem will only get bigger as DX 9 gets outdated and people other people upgrading their GPU, just saying.

AFAIK all current cards are backwards compatible with DX9.
Try updating your drivers.
I currently am running an ATI 5970 (a DX11 card) but works just fine with DX9

My card is
ASUS GeForce GTX 560Ti 1GB PhysX CUDA

and yes, all my nvidia drivers are up-to-date

Edit:
Found three more people having the same issues, allso with a ASUS GPU http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/2456909603

Does that mean you can't run anything on windows XP since xp doesnt really support dx11?

I would be on the phone with ASUS and chewing me some ass till they get a fix to you or refund your money for the card.
I would be on my way to the store to return the card. It's obviously a manufacturer problem so bring it back and get a decent card instead.

lol, it seems like Nvidia released a driver update 8 hours ago that fixed the problem :P Its all cool now. Thread closed :)
Glad i didnt have to return the card *phew*
