Direct X 9 Issues

Hey guys, i did a fresh wow install, i can log in with 32 bit but when i log in honorbuddy it crashes, so i changed it to Direct X 9, but when i reboot WoW to change it goes into a black screen with the cursor.

On Direct X 11 HB doesnt load up, on Direct X9 it crashes WoW when loading up.

Any ideas what to try?

I ran the repair and started it on Direct X 11 on 32 bit and no luck. Everytime i put it on Direct X 9 it refuses to open i can hear music but only see black screen with the mouse cursor still.

nope, its a fresh Windows 10 OS install, all i have installed is battle net, WoW and honorbuddy.
