Difficulty of the wheels D.B

Hello, I am a user of DB time but the middle of last year I had to stop playing due to time and returned with the new expansion. I've tried running D.B but nothing is working. I've used quite a DB with the new expansion but nothing is working. Could inform me if it is working with the expansion of the reaper of souls properly and if you have a link explaining how to work with the new expansion I thank you.
