In short, I copied my Diablo 3 folder for my bot account in order to keep 2x Diablos. 1 with windowed mode, sound disabled, minimum graphics settings and so on. The other one with Fullscreen mode, sound, good graphics and stuff. Also I wanted to have the login name easily available whenever I started up either diablo.

In short, it didn't work. Whatever settings I put on Diablo 1 gets put on the copy folder too. Any ideas anyone? ;) Would appriciate a hand here because asking for this on the official forum is a tad obvious.

Probably uses the same registry files or something like that. Never tried anything like this but you could install a second time (would create new registry files/ect). If it won't let you install twice you could create a small partition to D3 to but there probably are easier ways.

Probably would have to code a program that pops up and asks you which you wanna run, then edit said registry files and execute diablo3.exe, if what golden slug said is true.

It is most likely all saved to the same file in C:/ProgramData/Diablo III/ (The one you would delete AutomaticCoding to do multibox), in short I'm not sure its possible without major edits to d3 telling it to load settings from different location, which would be against EULA/TOS AFAIK

What about making different shortcuts? Think that could work?

Like

Diablo3.exe" -launch -windowed ?
