Didn't receive key in email/buddyauth

Hi, I purchased a 1 year/3 session key about 30-40 minutes ago, and attached it to an email address that already has 2*1Y/3 session keys. I checked the email and buddyauth and neither has the key popping up. I sent an email with the order number, it would be great if you could check it out.
