Did something change with Hunters in the last HB release?

I Watch my hunter play now and he is constantly trying to get a certain distance from every mob and just runs around looking like and idiot when adds come now he doesn't try to trap them. The hunter just looks like a completely different toon is playing now.

I MEAN REALLY BAD !!!!! I have 2 hunters Both 89 quested with HB all the way let them rest and now they are completely retarded after last HB update. Keeps trying to run away from MOBS wont use traps. Rather then fight mob the hunter focuses only on getting a to certain distance a resting place to start attacking mobs.

Maybe thats what it is, I did a fresh install and copied over all the profiles, I Must have had a different CC before OMG .. I cant believe this is the default for HB (SHAME!)
