Did hotfixes break HB?

I logged on today noticed some hotfixes in game.

Started honorbuddy questing kicks profiles ( from store), Bot started in garrison and rather then flying to spires of arak using flight master like it has with the previous 10 toons it decided it would like run from the garrison to nagrand grab a mine then go all the way back to garrison talk to flight master and fly to spires of arak.

What is that all about >?

It was more of a community question then a support question.
Not that big of a deal just weird.
