did anyone got his clean main/goldmule on a different computer + ip banned for collecting gold from bots?

Interested in finding out if they ban all the mains only because ip/computer match or really because they receive gold from bots.
If you use differen computer + ip, it's like buying gold then and I never heard about any bans for buying gold (it isn't even against their EULA or is it?), only for selling.

Yes it illegal to buy gold, not sure about in D3 but in WoW it is sure violates their Terms so i suppose its the same here.... BUT even if its illegal they dont ban the gold buyer, they ban the gold seller. They warn the buyer a few times if get cought and in the end they ban if he keeps buying :p

If at anytime, you or an account at your location gain significant gain from some exploit/third party program/what ever it may be, any account you associated with via trade/ip/name is at risk. They can BAN YOU.

Posts like this that just reword the same question stimulate 98% of the troll responses.

You are right and you are wrong.

any account you associated with via trade/ip/name is at risk. - Via Ip is at risk/ mac adress. Trade and Name thats totall BS.

And here is why.

1. I trade gold with friends and persons from accounts i bot on so therefore all my friends and persons i trade with are banned when i get banned? - NO they dont unless they all log from my ip/mac adress(pc)

2. I have severeal Bnet accounts all on my name and paypal but i only bot with 2 of them from 3 for example. If i do not login from the same pc/ip/mac with the one i do not bot, they will not ban you and why? because they ban licenses and not you as a person or individual (that is just retarded to ban a specific person as human being from the game, they simply ban you license and not you)

3. You have same paypal on all of them? They definetly investigate all accounts associated with that Pp adress, and if they see you do lets say sarkoth 5 hours a day from all of them even if its different ip/mac then they will probably hammer you :).

And that IP banning i think its bollocks not sure tought, i think its MAC adress ban not ip, because for example in an institution everyone has the same ip adress.... but each pc has different mac adress.... So for example if you are a student and u stay in a "student house", everyone from the building has the same ip, if one bots the whole building gets banned? less likely i think its MAC adress not Ip..... but only blizz know it for sure :p

So that's why should use ***, mad-adress randomizer and don't play on tuesday nights and you're free to go 24/7 other times of the week -_-

*** is useless at this point. I try to use VMware 1x for each instance of diablo so each one has its own Mac adress

But ip is still the same, so a *** isnt useless. I use a payed *** (with unique ip) on my bot-machine, and use my sell-acc on a laptop without *** (with the real ip)...so there is no technical connection between them. Using 3 bots and one mainacc - no ban till now.

I hate when people use illegal..... the EULA isnt law it isnt legal binding. its not Illegal to bot, trade large amounts of gold, sell your account. Its against the ToS or Eula but its not illegal.

You do realize it strictly states that you have 30 days to return the product for a full refund if you choose not to accept the terms? You keep spouting about legal binding yet you really do not know jack about the law or how it would really play out in court.

Nobody cares what you hate or like :).

Yes i understand that the ip is the same but that doesnt mean anything to them because for example people from a whole institution has the same ip, all of them, they just have different mac adresses! So if they would ban by ip they should ban everyone in the institution even if 1 is botting only. You see my point?. I am using vmware itself but without any V P N as its useless, for me its enought to have 3 different MAC adresses! (thats like 3 different people as its 3 uniq pc's). I run 4 accounts 24/7 since 7 of June and i am still running :D

noob question , do you use some program to change the VM mac adress ? or after creating the VM it has unique mac?

Each VM you create has its unique mac adress

You can check mac by going to CMD type ipconfig /all -> and see physical adress for you ethernet card :)

I will point out your theory excludes the basic whois on an IP. When they see you are just a residential user with 47 computers online and 13 of them have been caught botting in the last week, they can just ban the IP and be done with that issue.

Aight do whatever ya want but i am not using V P N on vmware its a extra cost that is not needed
