Diablo Runs Fine Until DB is Opened ~ Is It Detected?!

I log in and can play fine with no crashes, but the second I open DB within 1-3 minutes I am guaranteed a crash + cannot retrieve hero data error 7003. (It starts in the form of in game lag, not fps, but lag where your follower doesn't move)

Anyone else having this issue?

Is DB now unsafe?

EDIT: Strangely enough I can not even play without opening DB as of now.

DB is undetected and as "safe" as always,provide your log file plz
