Diablo III is running but no build supported by Demonbuddy detected, was there a patch?

Hi, i didnt used DB since a long time, so i'vee just taken back a key and when i start my DB this message displays, i uninstalled and reinstalled but that changes nothing, what i have to do ?

I've seen past threads about this and it was wrote "Wait an update" but i've this since 3 days
