So i see tony posting stickies for some upcoming projects of games they intend to work on stuff for. I am wondering if diablo 3 is one that might caught there eye, if so, can we get a sticky for this as well =] i would love to be able to check in here and read up on it. I know there is probably alot of us here very much eager for this game to hit shelves.

if we have anything to announce it will be done by a staff member, but at this time we still dont know when this game is coming out, and wont untill blizzcon, so yea, no point in announcing a bot for something that might as well not exist.

It is an interesting concept selling a virtual item for real world currency. I guess the market will decide on what sells and what doesn't. I guess how kind the Blizz RNG will be is always a factor too. When it comes out I guess the model of selling will go thru an evolution or teo to get the balance right. But instance grinding for rares via a bot has some appeal.

VP of game design at Blizz wrote this. Diablo 3 will let you buy and sell items for real-world cash
"There are some people out there that don't have the ability to put a time investment into the game, so they do want to use real-world money to kind of advance their character," Pardo told Joystiq. "And the other side of it is that there are people who have a lot of time and don't benefit from it, because they'll be able to generate items, and get better items or cash it out."

Interesting times ahead.
