Diablo 3 Retail has stopped working

Used a video to set up DB

logger opens up game with DB and logs into account

After account logs in it stops repsonding with that error

I updated my graphics card and tried it in windowed/full screen/Windowed (fullscreen)

I am at a loss

Attached my logs

Please help, I got the three day trial to see if I want to use it, been two days and yet to get it working =/
