Is it possible to have 2 open and botting WoW accounts and 1x diablo 3 running on the Same PC ?

I want to have this setup, 1st monitor 2x WoW and 2nd monitor 1x Diablo 3.

Also is there any Buy Now Option for Diablo so i have the key waiting ? I have never played diablo so ofcourse im gonna play it 1st .
