Diablo 3 Configuration (RAM usage)

Having some problems with Diablo III.exe using too much RAM
In the beginning (on the first run), D3.exe using about 400-500MB RAM
but then, may be in 30 minutes, its already using about 800 MB RAM.
In an hour its already about 1000-1100 MB RAM.
Can anyone help with this? I cant get it, why RAM usage is growing over time?

i thought its because of "remembering" cleared maps, but on the second run the usage of RAM was about 950 MB

Same here, is there any way to make it use only around 500-800 mb?
