Diablo 3 announced for PS3 and PS4

Yeah, we probably won't get bots unless the systems are hackable or you can create some device to take over your controller (A ROBOT?)

but I just thought I would break this news. Chris Metzen announced it at the Sony Conference this evening.
 
I think it's good. Hopefully PS4 RMAH and PC RMAH will be connected
 
Now it all makes sense why the simple control/skill customization/4 players coop. They planned for console from the beginning.

What are some implications to us and to the game (let's say if both versions share the same user pool, which is unlikely)? Discuss!
 
bf3 bot wtf, also nobody here 'plays' d3 so cant imagine too many people care lol (or maybe just me)
 
They announced that D3 was going console at GamesCom 2011.... Is it that surprising that they said they were going to release something then actually do it?????


Hoping console version has GAH/RMAH and that the console and PC worlds are linked.... Would be awesome... lol
 
Linked RMAH between systems is a massive win for botters, if it happens.
 
Well its the next best option help save the inflated economy... When you cant fix it through new item/gold sinks expand your playerbase lol

Well after reading through the official press release.... Based on available play styles and features it's probably a safe assumption that the console and PC worlds are not going to be linked....

The Diablo 3 botter in me: If there is a linked RMAH I am back in business and will be excepting a much higher earnings reports for the following year.

If the RMAH isn't linked, there is always console botting =D

Sony would never allow a linked GAH/RMAH unless they can get a greater fee/tax cut from Blizzard's share. Imagine now Blizzard takes a complex (15% + 15%) tax/fee, Sony will be asking for at least more than that.

Most likely they will either have their own PS GAH/RMAH or none at all which is not cool. But who in the right mind will buy D3 for PS3/4?
