Fan of Knives gets about 8 to 10 stacks, and then it goes off, regardless of which element Convention of Elements ring is on. For me, it happened mostly during fire. I have electricity rune for the skill active. Yes I have wait for COE ticked.
May I also suggest, on the DemonHunter battle tab, an option to have options of when to use FOK? Say like 15 stacks or 30 stacks?
