@ Devs: please polish stability

You can see us pissed off every week, having crashes, auth problems... just asking for some stability, its tiring having to babysit something thats supposed to work automatically.
Its annoying that when you get home and check bots you are not even surprised that at least one or two of them have crashed or failed auth, we shouldnt accept that for a product we have paid for.
I understand that some things could be because a faulty instalation or just incorrect bot settings, but when its something out of the users control we are unhappy/angry customers and you should take care of us.

Before adding fancy functions or whatever you plan to do, make the bot ultra stable, please.

Every, single, night, my auth is dropping out. I lose probably 6 hours because of it, drives me crazy.
 
This seems to be an ongoing issue. I vouch for this as well. Forget the bells and whistles for now & please focus on making this as stable as possible. All across the board, when people discuss this bot there is always one glaring negative & that's stability.

dropping offline and asking for auth every few minutes / hours just sucks
 
OP, I'm sure they're trying to polish the stability but if you keep russian them they might not czech it before releasing it, uganda just have to wait patiently.
 
I get session invalid, then it reconnects and tells me it cant find a d3 window to attach to.

like wtf? where were you attached to before? rofl.
 
Couldn't agree more, you should really work more on your authentication servers, since all problems I had with your bots (hb/db) were related to server issues. :/

As of late, I've been getting near 2 hours before a drop out, and that isn't great considering sleeping for 6-8 hours, as well as working for 8-12 hours.. Wanted to buy a few more sessions, but I think I will hold out for now.

Hold on... the more bots you have the more chances you will get random disconnects and the more pissed you will be

Same. Were we not PROMISED this was resolved a few weeks ago? We'd have no more problem because a new server was being added/upgraded?? Where exactly is the money we pay for the bot going?
 
Yes I would urge everyone to NOT buy any more products from the buddy team, it's clear they are in over their heads and can't code for shit. This bot is junk and the constant session invalid errors are beyond pathetic. I wish there was a working ***** out there so I didn't have to deal with it, IF I find one ill be sure to share it freely.

Garbage products should be removed from the internet by force.

i havent been able to run my bots through the night in over a week............. Stop adding dumb little features every update; and just get this thing to run throughout the night.

Yeah, auth servers are really broken since past week. I can't stay logged more than 1 hour in each bot.
