Can't find a way to do this. Maybe I'm just over looking something. But every time I load a bot I have to redo all of the settings. Load shaman, enter his food drink mount name, Load druid enter his food drink mount name.... So on and so fourth. Would it be possible to create like Styx.Settings.Character.xml and have it when it detects the character name during process attach it defaults to load this settings file if it is already there or create a blank one with that character name at that time if it isn't there.

Would be highly useful if it doesn't exsist. Would save lots of setup time and even make it so a batch script could restart the bot all on its own if it crashes. Could use a small program to relog all windows no problem.

Like I said if it does exsist. Slap me and tell me how :D

Styx.Settings.xml is where all is saved

I have one custom Settings in each of my Folders for each of my toons

Didn't think about making a new folder for each character. Would've been annoying to keep up with during all these patches. So I think I'll wait to do this til I'm sure this is all over lol. But thanks for the idea. Would still be nice to have just one folder though. Only one to update and copy info over each time :D

You can do what I do and use batch files. I have one HB folder and one GB folder and a batch file for each of my characters. Just keep all my characters settings in their own folder and use a batch file to copy the settings into styx.settings.xml and open HB.

I'm using 1 main folder for Honorbuddy then I have 3 separate folders, each of them have junction points pointing to the plugin, default profile and Custom Class folders in my Main folder and Hard links pointing to the Honorbuddy.exe and all the DLLs in the main folder. When there's an upgrade for honorbuddy I just need to update the files in the main folder, and I just stick all my plugins,CCs and profiles in the folders in my main Honorbuddy folder. hard linked .exe files will show up in the processes list under the name of the hard links not the .exe they are pointing to which is nice since I have a habit of renaming it to something else so its not obvious that I'm botting if warden does check for running processes

You can make Junction points using the mklink command in the 'cmd' window but i would recommend using a 3rd party program to speed it up like Link Shell Extension http://schinagl.priv.at/nt/hardlinkshellext/hardlinkshellext.html

Would be easy to create a small app with a GUI to do this for you. Get it to throw some arugements to the command line, etc.

Might even give it a go myself if im bored :P
