developer tools window sits in background but cannot be swapped to in win7

hey guys great job on the bot so far only problem im experiencing is developer tools is not popping up when i click it the window sits in the background and cannot be alt tabbed to , clicked on , or even visible . was working saturday morning and now its not .

mouse over the window,right click and then maximize
