Developer Tools Not Loading

When I go to click on the Developer tools button it does not load. However when I look down at the Honorbuddy icon on the taskbar it shows two windows. One of those being the developer tools. I click on that window and nothing happens. I have restarted and reinstalled honorbuddy as well as tried updating it, restarting wow and even restarting my comp. Any more suggestions?

If it helps anymore, I am using the plugins Stuckhelper, Refreshment Detection, and Bug Submitter.

Put your Mouse over the HB taskbar symbol, then wait till the preview comes up and hover over the Dev Tool window, right click, maximize.

After it, drag it where you want it and in which size you want it.
