"Developer Tools" button bugged?

Can someone tell me if the "Developer Tools" button on HB is currently bugged?

It fails to open for me, but it still opens a (blank) window in the taskbar, if i click the button 15 times it opens 15 blanks windows (taskbar only, not actual windows).

Im using Win7 64bit.

The button used to work fine the last time I had a need for it (2/3 months ago).

Is there any other way to open the dev tools window as I'm in the middle of making a huge collection of gold-making profiles for my bot army?

Exactly the same thing happening to me, on Windows 7, 64 bit too. This prevents me from editing my BGBuddy profiles like CodenameG keeps on telling us to do... WE CANT!

delete settings folder (but make sure you save your hb key before you delete the folder)

I've deleted the settings folder but still, this time when I click the developer tools button, no window pops up at all, it's as if the button does absolutely nothing. What is this?

I have had this issue many times, Doing a totally fresh HB fixes it. I still have not found out what causes it or another way to fix it

Yes, a fresh installation does indeed fix this problem i'm having. I'm just wondering what plug in causes this to happen, here is the list of my plugins.

Allrounder, Anti Drown, AutoEquip2, Glue, ItemForAuraQuestHelper, MrGearBuyer, ProfileHelper, Talented, UltimatePvPSuite V1.15, ZapGB2Recorder, ApocRefreshment, AzeniusShakQuesting, Ezracials, Flagcapture and HBRelogHelper

I think it's some plugin who bugs it out because on a fresh install everything is fine As soon as you enable some plugins it bugs out.
