Dev version problem

Hello! I did read a lot of the problems start bot, I update .net 4.0, again convinced that 32-bit version of the game is running, but in the end still had the following error:
This version of Honorbuddy only supports WoW Build # 16016
You are on build # 0
I am very confused by this
