Then that IP does switch eventually, someone swaps providers. The IP is given to someone else. What then?
Blizzard doesn't IP ban, zero proof of this. IP flagging for a small period of time is more probable.

In this day and age it's impossible to IP ban someone. Like myself, I have a dynamic IP with my ISP and every time I reboot my router I get a new IP.

Blizzard Ban for IP, GO AND SELL GOLD to chinesse in 1 account, now see how you lost ALL others accounts and mains.. Bot or not bot... same for multibotters, That its a beutiful and cute IP BAN.
