Detectable, what about lowering the ''digital foodprint''?

It may sound stupid from someone like me who isn't a code warrior or a programmer.. But what.....if possible.... would be the outcome of lowering the bots interaction in wow (mainly making it more dependent on the player to actually move, interact through out the game, and limit the bot to only doing attack functions?) I just figure that having lets say for example...the leveling bot move for you and do everything for you would seem more noticeable, then say combat routines that only kicks in when you manually engage a target?

Or is there a way to mask the HB connection all together, or lower the CPU usage that it works off?

Or maybe have some Super Genius come up with a way from blocking Blizzards tech's from manually searching out a 3rd party program on private computers even though your tying into a ''public'' server.

the buddy developers are the best in the field, if there was a way to lower the foot print they would have already done it. people need to realise how little they know compared to the developers and just trust them do their job, the chance of you thinking of an idea that helps them is like the chance of a 6 year old solving quantum mechanics

Not entirely true, they can use another form for the bot to interact with the client without injecting it. It's called a passive bot, WoWGlider(MMOGlider) had this back in the day with a shadowdriver, it would simulate your keypresses instead of using packets to send commands to the game. But tbh this goes way above the buddy team's head. I mean glider had it 7 years ago, yet HB hasn't figured out a way to do so. Makes me sad

Glider also had way fewer features, many more banwaves, no 64-bit OS support and died after a single lawsuit.
Also, don't confuse being passive with using a very invasive driver. If this was a better way of achieving what we want to achieve we would do it.
It is not.

I have no objections with HB overall, I've used it for the last 3 years with only 2 bans to show for it from the last 6 months which it had its time coming I guess. Which is why it sparked my interest about blizzard stepping up their detection process if there was indeed maybe a ''unconventional'' fix even it was just for a few months of peaceful botting.

Did you ever stop to think why glider had no way to level you toons to max level via questing ?

Glider was good in the day.. However its useless compared to HB, and would be detected far more the HB has been.

I am still using glider on a private WOW server.... I know its limitations.. trust me I isn't doing any questing, and the limited questing I'm doing is the questing ive manually written the hundreds of lines of mouse clicks to complete...
