Detect mouse down?

I wonna make plugin that detects when user has pressed left mouse in game ( http://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonb...t-stop-everything-mouse-down.html#post1172553 )
Any way i can know when left mouse is down (and only in game window, don't want it picking up random clicks when bot is alt+tabbed)
