Detailed (How to) Arelog or HBrelog?

Have been trying to set up my bots to randomly mine and herb with both Arelog and HBrelog with no success.

Arelog just seems not to choose the right toon and HBrelog is just confusing since I have never used it.

Any of you pro's care to make a detailed How to switch character posts?
