Desktop/WoW window recorder?

Hi, Does anybody know of a good desktop/WoW window recorder, that is of a high quality, and produces editable/useable videos? i HAVE tried google and i tried a couple out but they were such poor quality, help would be appreciated thanks

FRAPS takes up sooooo much CPU and creates uncompressed videos which are a pain to compress later. I recommend using WeGame instead. It's free and you get high quality videos.

yeh Fraps was doing all u mentioned, i will check that one out too, thanks a bunch

I use Fraps for my videos, and adobe premiere pro to string them all together. If your end result is too big then use a program called Virtual Dub. I recently got a 4gig (40 mins long) video file down to just 600mb with the exact same quality. I can't show you the video as it has all my character names and server on it (Trolls+Jelousy=banhammer) but I think it's a real quick and easy solution.
