demonhunter with kridershot

Hi,
so in 2.1.2 turrets behave differently due to the set change. I have a kridershot so i use es as hatred generator and ca as hatred spender. However, I notice that the bot won't use ca at all for some reason. Can someone take a look in dh file and make some change so i could spam ca when i have hatred and use ea while i dont.

To get the bot to use CA I just moved CA code ahead of the code for EA, as that would cause CA to have precedence over EA.
