Witchdoctor Fetish count needed

for using fetish army off cd it should take into consideration how many fetishes you have. so it doesnt just summon new once wen all are alive already kinda like with hydra and zombie dogs

cause it feels like a big waste of the cooldown summoning new once wen you already have max out.. and then maybe you die and it cant summon new once due to you already just did for no reason.

I'd say you need to edit the title if possible, because the demonhunter doesn't use fetish at all
