Demonbuddy Won't Load Profile?

Recently formatted my PC, and when i tried to run DB everything works but when i hit load profile nothing pops up. So i am unable to actually load a profile to start the bot. Tried fresh installs of zip and installer, both with the same issue. Everything is installed that i needed.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.1
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable




restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

I have seen quite a few posts on this.. and this is a REAL issue... I myself did a fresh install of windows and installed all of the required items and did windows update and the load profiles would not work.. I uninstalled them all and reinstalled the using the installation wizard with demonbuddy and loading profiles again to no avail do not work. there has to be something that is mssing in this process as i have done it now 3 times and still can not get the program to load profiles except from web resources which do not function properly on a town run .. please advise

I have same problem ,,, i did that over and over,, so many times but it wont work.
but before i undo ezupdate, it works,, but when i do ezupdate ,then it wont work.
