DemonBuddy won't load after inserting key

Just purchased a key the other night, and yet after entering the key into the demonbuddy client, it opens up and then comes up with an error message saying SID isnt found in NorthAmerica. Posting the logs down below.

looks like your DB installation is corrupted and a file is missing

any antivirus enabled?
