Demonbuddy won't connect

I can't provide a log because one isn't being generated, but it's almost as if my Key is no longer working for some reason and I purchased Lifetime.

Edit: found in the Settings folder how to turn Diagnostic logging back on, looks like it's just taking an insane amount of time to free up my key.. it's been at least 5 minutes and I still can't launch it, Max Sessions.

I need little help. Any idea why I suddenly can't login demonbuddy on my main PC and can't even open Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal on a browser? I can login with no problem in other PC and in the Virtual Machine.

It is stuck at this:
