Demonbuddy only doing 4 of 5 bounties

About 2 days ago I decided to start up Demonbuddy again after a couple months break. I have installed Adventure Mode Bounties - Community Edition made by xzjv along with QuestTools and Trinity. However, after I came back to my bot after about half an hour, I noticed that it only complete 4/5 bounties and then creates a new game. It completely has avoided the fifth bounty and townrun to collect the Horadric Caches. Does anyone know the solution to this problem?

I installed and extracted the zip file into my Demonbuddy file, but the DBPath\Plugins\Adventurer & DBPath\Profiles\Adventurer folders were nowhere to be found.
