Demonbuddy not starting due to C++ 2015 error

I am getting the pop up error "This application could not be started. This app requires C++ package for C++ visual studio 2015 update 1 x86, VC ++ 14.0" Not sure how to link the error so i paraphrased it and typed it out. I fresh installed DB and the 86 versions of C++. I don't have any 64 installed. I also restarted my PC all with not luck. Any ideas?

I also made exceptions in avast and windows firewall. I even disabled avast with no joy.

I seen where someone made a "buddywizard" to help with the new software install. I downloaded it ran it as instructions indicated....but still get the same message as you posted too. Help plz

Ha....Tony was right on the money with the antivirus.....turned it off ...restarted .....ran the installer again to make repairs....and im up an botting now YAY ! ...THX to Tony ....thx man =]
