Demonbuddy No Key No Email nothing....

I have bought a key with another account. I do not receive final confirmation e-mail any key nothing, I have to write on this account, because the other is not enabled.I wait for 4 Hours ... need Help.

Ps: I am form Germany my English is very bad ;D
