Demonbuddy injunction, some facts and thoughts ( auch in Deutsch )

As you all have seen,

We got a injunction today so we stopped sales and the download.

I have now analysed the injunction with my lawyers, and they believe it is only for the territory of Germany. However no one wants to swear on it, so I am left to decide whether I let the new DB be downloaded by all the existing customers or not. In the end i am personally liable with money ( 250.000 EUR per event ) or even jail.

So give me one or two more day until I figure out what is the best way to deal with it, and of course to finally get the papers written by Blizzard, and what they exactly did write in there.

All of you that have the time to wait a bit longer, will get the double sessions and time for Demonbuddy, all the rest will be refunded soon.

Da das Urteil zur EV sehr wage beschrieben ist, und man sich daraus keine Aussage machen kann, was nun genau zu unterlassen ist und was nicht.

Bin ich gezwungen, mir noch 1-2 Tage Zeit zu nehmen und das ganze nochmal mit meinen Anw?lten zu analysieren und ebenso die EV zu bekommen und zu lesen.

Da ich auch privat hafte, muss ich die Schritte ich ich unternehme genauenstens ?berpr?fen und abstimmen.


Alle die bereits eine R?ckzahlung w?nschten, werden demn?chst diese auch bekommen. Alle die weiterhin an uns glauben, bekommen die doppelten Sessions und Laufzeit f?r Demonbuddy.




Nach meiner Meinung sind wir ganz schnell wieder beim Tagesgesch?ft.

It should not affect existing customers. Again we are still in process of analyzing.

und wenn nich warten wir halt .. oder suchen unsn andren Bot - da geht RL klar vor :)

und alle werden bestimmt auch dann nicht ein "refund" wollen - also habter direkt bisschen mehr f?r die Gerichtskosten :)
 
Ich w?nsch euch/dir auf jedenfall viel Gl?ck und Zuversicht, dass es bald wieder vom Tisch ist.

Take a week if you have to. Dont risk jail and 250k euro. That is a lamborghini - house wtv. Take your time I am sure people will not die for 3-4 days without botting.

Does the injunction to allow you to develop the bot ie workout bugs, add new features for when you can release it?
 
Full support from way over in Canada here. Take your time and dont let em push you around liek they think they can do to everyone.

Only tried out the DB shortly, but iam sure that it will be as good as GB/HB, that ive used for years. :)
 
Bossland, don't release it till your 100% confident you will not incur any legal recourse. I would much rather wait and have a BuddyTeam in general, than risk losing you guys to a bot for just 1 game. All good things come in due time - fast never equals good, unless were talking sex and cars.

I don't want a refund, good or bad, but I do want a BuddyTeam for a long time to come.
 
Good luck! I don't even have a working computer yet but wanted to support the program so when I do it'll be great!

Yes. We are carrying on work on Demonbuddy. We hope to be back in less than a week.
