Can't log in.

I know about the lawsuit and shit, but apparently some people are still botting with .95 and I've been using that all along. How are you guys doing it??
 
I CANT bot too, the flashing windows stil appear omg..... ANY WAY TO BOT right now? is only demonbuddy affected? or other bot too?

What does the interrim injunction mean in practice? You can't sell / host or update demonbuddy anymore before it's over?

yep. in german law its a kind of temporare protection - if suits will probably take a very long time...in that case they can stop the selling/supporting for preventing more "damage".

In this case, it means they filed without notice to us. We should be given a chance to challenge this in court with a few days.

I think its only a psychological thing, maybe they even know that they did it the wrong way....dont get annoyed by these fuckers :)
 
So will DB be update to work with the new 1.03 patch that went live hours ago hawker?
 
I think in german law Blizzard has to deploy a certain amount of money to compensate the losses of Demonbuddy in case Blizz doesn't win and the Buddies are proved to act correctly.

Hawker, you can release the update from what the junction is saying.. You just can't "sell" new license codes. They stopped the sale of the codes, not updates for the bot.

Now how did you get so smart? I sincerely doubt they will take any word as good, except for their own laywers.
 
i got so many prob since the start, that the only thing i did with db is throught lot of diffulcty get to lvl 24-60(in 2 weeks) yesterday night, and cant make money of this now, WHATAAAAAAAAA A SAD DAY.....
 
sigh... I bought DB yesterday (18.06.2012) and now this... I feel unlucky.. at least i got 2 m. gold in the 20 hours i could use DB..
 
Sadly I seen wowglider go down starting the same way lets cross our fingers but they lost and blizz got a huge settlement

That Glider thing was "protected" by the USA law, wich if u ask me its shit, excuse my expression. But any bots/cheating program made in the USA had the same end as glider.
German law on the other hand has some new perspective and are more open minded than the USA law that protects corporations and not the human as an individual. Like only big corporations have a chance there and not small ones or human as individual.

I really hope Bosslands kicks their asses in the court so they learn that they are not GOD's in mmo industry/gaiming indistry.
