Demonbuddy has stopped working

Hi there,


I have a couple of questions. I fired up Demonbuddy yesterday and I appeared to have a problem running it, as it said "Demonbuddy has stopped working", after I disabled my Norton Anti Virus I found that it started to work. Well after I had turned my computer off for the day, and went to run the program again the following the day, I got the same error, so I decided to do the same thing as I did the other day by turning off my anti virus, however, this time it doesn't work. So I searched on this forum for suggestions/help, and I've read on multiple threads that I need to delete my Microsoft C++ etc, install wizardbuddy.exe etc.

Well, it won't even let me install Wizardbuddy.exe as it ALSO says "Wizardbuddy.exe has stopped working". I'm starting to pin this on my anti virus although I turned off all my protection. I can't think of what else to do. I've ran a windows update to see if it installed something that would help me, but it hasn't worked.

I found that Honorbuddy works no problem on WoW, but for whatever reason, Demondbuddy doesn't.

Also second question,

I have Honorbuddy, and I purchased Demonbuddy yesterday evening, and I tried to attached my key, but it said it was already "claimed", so I figured that it would take a couple of mins or hours for it to appear in Buddy Auth, which it didn't.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart


disable your antivirus plz

How can I get my demonbuddy key attached to my account? I have my honor buddy key attached, but not my demonbuddy. I have to keep going into my e-mails to get it.

to request for them to combine your key.
