demonbuddy has stopped working

hello i just purchased a 3 day trial of demonbuddy, but i keep getting a message saying "demonbuddy has stopped working"

I'm sorry if this is a frequently asked question, i just couldnt seem to find a solution.

keep in mind im not very familiar with many terms, so please explain in detail :]

also, i have already tried the wizard.

i followed these directions:

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of DB
run diablo3 and demonbuddy as administrator.
