"Demonbuddy has stopped working" Windows error

As the title reads, when I try log in windows freezes the program and tells me "Demonbuddy has stopped working"

This has only started happening this morning.

I tried rebooting to no avail

I looked up other similar threads and stuff about the Buddywizard to install C++ stuff didn't work

I attached the two latest logs which I assume have details about the error

do you have an antivirus enabled?

I have Avast, and since it started being a problem today, I added Demonbuddy.exe as an exception.

tried a new installation from scratch after setting the exception?

Yes sir-- I replaced the whole folder with fresh from the .zip stuff-- though I kept my profiles and plugins could they be a problem?

DB used to work in the past?

any software changes lately?

It worked last night till I went to bed at about 3-4am-- then when I woke up and tried to use it at 9am this morning (after turning computer on after it beign off while I slept) the program didn't work-- So nothing should have changed, unless I have some computer software installing elves!
