From what I can see the logs don't state anything about the previous error. This program was working till recently. I have windows 8.1 64 bit. I have also tried to re-install it and keep getting the following message "Setup Failed One or more issues caused the setup to fail. Please fix the issuesand ten retry setup for more info see the log file. 0x80070490 - element not found" Here is the log below:

Help will be greatly appreciated thanks. By the way I have tried to re-installed MS .net framework 4 client and extended and it tells me they are installed so I go to remove them from my machine and they are not there because they come pre-installed in windows 8.1 you cannot remove them as per Microsoft. Unless I'm missing something. Thank you ahead of time for the help.
