Demonbuddy dont loot gems

With the new Patch my Demonbuddy dont loot Marquise Gems und Tornament Difficulty.
Is this normal?
I Change the Rule in every file to:
<ItemRule itemName="*Ruby*" />
<ItemRule itemName="*Emerald*" />
<ItemRule itemName="*Topaz*" />
<ItemRule itemName="*Amethyst*" />
But nothing Changed! He left the Gems on the Bottom.

please double confirm the DB settings as below,
settings-combat routine-item-puckup-gems=marquise

Yeah by default mine wasn't picking them up either. A long time ago I went in and checked the setting. It was blank. Apparently blank means don't touch any gem.

Edit: this has been fixed in the latest version of Trinity.
