i really don't know what to do anymore, so i'll quickly explain my problem:
im using windows 8, i got the newest version of DB and used the downloadlinks for .NET framework 4.0 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86). untill then i allways had the "flashing window" bug which made my d3 and DB crash. (booted both in admin-mode and was logged on my account)
then i found this thread http://www.thebuddyforum.com/demonb.../55121-windows-8-crash-solved.html#post558991 and did everything explained by "nickchapelle", and activated .NET framework 3.5, 3.0 and 2.0....but in my case there was no download or reboot needed.
after i changed this demonbuddy won't even start anymore. not even a window opening up, just nothing happens when executing the DB-exe.
