DemonBuddy Crashing + Making Diablo 3 Crash

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue but when I come back to my PC after an Hour Running DB Diablo 3 and DB have both Closed Down.
Some times though Diablo 3 would have crashed and it's just not Responding.
